Death |
Pays the Principal Sum Insured in the
event of accidental death |

Permanent Disablement |

Double Indemnity |
Pays double the Principal Sum Insured
if you suffer permanent loss
of use of two limbs, total paralysis or death whilst travelling in a public
transport or whilst you are traveling overseas |
Medical Expenses, Sinseh / Traditional Treatment, Medical /
Specialist and / or Postmortem Reports
a) Sinseh/traditional treatment - RM35 per
visit & up to
RM 350 per accident
b) Medical/specialist report & postmortem report fees
c) Hospital room and board |
Reimbursement for the actual, necessary
and reasonable medical,
clinical and Sinseh or Traditional treatment incurred for injuries
resulting from an accident or illness due to dengue, malaria or Japanese
Encephalitis (JE). The cost of any medical / specialist report or
postmortem report is also payable provided it is specifically required by
the Company |

Blood Transfusion |
Pays 10% of the Principal Sum Insured
if you contract HIV as a result
of a blood transfusion whilst undergoing medical treatment for injury
or illness in a government or licensed private hospital within Malaysia.
Compensation shall only be payable if the Insured is positively diagnosed with HIV
within two (2) years from the date of the blood transfusion |
Corrective dental And/Or Cosmetic Surgery
- up to RM5,000 per accident |
On top of paying medical expenses,
this insurance also pays you up to RM5,000 for any additional expenses incurred
for corrective dental and/or corrective surgical operations to the neck, head or
chest (navel up) |

Weekly Benefits (optional coverage) |
Pays up to fifty two (52) weeks if
you are totally unable to attend to your work as certified by a qualified medical
practitioner. This is in additional to all other payments |

Hospital Cash Income |
A daily benefit is payable for the
period of hospitalisation as a result of an accident, up to maximum of one hundred
and eighty (180) days |
Kidnap Benefit
- RM5,000 for expenses and RM25,000 to be offered as reward |
Pays a lump sum of RM5,000 or necessary
expenses incurred including the hiring of a private investigator. The insurer will
also offer a reward of RM25,000 for the information leading to the recovery of the
Insured. The Principal Sum Insured will be paid in full if the kidnapped Insured
is not recovered after a period of one year from the day of the kidnap |
Ambulance Fees
- up to RM500 per accident |
Pays ambulance fees incurred consequent
upon an accident up to RM500 per accident |
Funeral expenses
- RM5,000 |
In additional to all other payments,
this insurance will pay RM5,000 as funeral expenses in the event of accidental death |
Bereavement Allowance
- up to 10% of Principal Sum Insured |
In the event of death due to dengue
fever, malaria or JE the insurer will pay 10% of the Principal Sum Insured as a
bereavement allowance upon submission of the required documents |

Personal Liability Benefit |
Subject to the limit of liability,
the Insurer will
indemnify you in respect of all sums you shall become legally liable to
pay third parties in respect of accidental bodily injury or accidental damage to
property. The territorial limit of this benefit is within Malaysia only |

Renewal Bonus |
Upon renewal of Insurance, the Principal
Sum Insured shall be increased by 10% per year up to 50% of the Principal Sum Insured
regardless of any claims made under medical expenses, blood transfusion, dental
or corrective cosmetic surgery, weekly benefits, hospital cash income, kidnap benefit,
ambulance fees and personal liability |
Prostheses/Wheelchair
- up to RM1,000 per accident |
The Insurer shall reimburse you up
to the limits stipulated in the Schedule the actual costs of purchasing of a wheelchair,
artificial arm or leg and crutches as recommended by the attending specialist physician/surgeon |
Repatriation Expenses
- up to RM3,000 |
In the event of accidental death of
the Insured whilst he/she is traveling outside his/her home country, the Company
shall reimburse the Insured's legal representative up to a maximum of RM3,000 for
the repatriation expenses of the Insured's mortal remains back to his/her home country |

Cashless Hospital Admission
And Discharge Benefit |
Cashless admission guarantee of up
to RM2,500 for all participating
Hospitals in Malaysia
and within the Asia Pacific
countries* consequent upon an accident caused by violent,
accidental, external and visible means. Food and drinks poisoning, dengue, malaria,
or JE are excluded from the cashless admission. The insurer will also facilitate
the Insured's discharge from the same hospitals provided all items in the hospital bills are in fact covered under the medical expenses benefit. This cashless benefit
will only be activated after seven working days from the submission and acceptance
of the Insured's proposal.
